The Luminary : ウィキペディア英語版
The Luminary

''The Luminary'' was the first newspaper published in Atlanta, Georgia. Reverend Joseph S. Baker established the paper which appeared as a four-page weekly beginning in 1846. In 1848 it was sold and its name was changed to the ''Tribune''. It ceased publication shortly thereafter in August or September 1848.〔(Franklin M. Garrett, ''Atlanta and Environs'' )〕
